We can test the hardness of workpeice from one side by Hammer Impact Type Brinell Hardness Tester. The accuracy is much higher than other Hammer Impact Type Brinell Hardness Tester.

Test Conditions: 1580kgf, Ð¤7.26mm ball, F/D²=30, which equivalent with test conditions: 3000kgf, Ð¤10mm ball.

Model PHB-1 can be used to test the hardness of forgings, castings, steel, nonferrous metals and alloys as well as machinery parts such as annealed, tempered, quenched and tempered metal parts.

PHB-1 Portable Brinell Hardness Tester has many advantages such as compact structure, easy operation, various usages and flexible application.

Compared with the commonly used Leeb hardness testers, the PHB-1Brinell testers has higher precision and lower requirement on the surface roughness of workpieces. The direct test result meets the requirement of the drawing or specification of most workpieces. It is well acceptable in international trade.
